Overview

Nina Sargsyan focuses her practice in the areas of premise liability, governmental liability, wrongful death, and complex personal injury litigation. Ms. Sargsyan has successfully represented a wide array of issues and participated in all aspects of pre-litigation and litigation matters. Ms. Sargsyan has been practicing for several years and has helped clients recover millions. In 2018, Ms. Sargsyan successfully  obtained a seven-figure settlement for a pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle while crossing the street.

Before coming to the United States, Ms. Sargsyan was a Deputy Judge in the Appellate Court of the Republic of Armenia. After moving to the United States, Ms. Sargsyan continued her legal career and attended the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, where she received her Masters of Laws. After law school, Ms. Sargsyan began practicing Immigration Law, where she represented hundreds of clients before the Federal Courts, throughout the country for more than two years.

Ms. Sargsyan is admitted to practice before all of the courts of the State of California and the United States Court of Appeals of the Ninth Circuit.
